We started as consultants. Our clients changed our direction.

2018 - 2023Awal Mula

PT Bisnis Sukses Dimarketing started as a digital marketing consultancy. For years we worked directly with Indonesian retail businesses, helping them grow on marketplaces and build their digital presence.

But one pattern kept repeating across almost every high revenue client we had: the bigger their sales, the heavier the burden they carried. Marketplace fees that kept climbing, non transparent promo and shipping subsidy costs, and inventory data scattered across platforms with no single point of control.

2024 - 2025Fokus ke R&D

In 2024 and 2025, we stopped taking new consulting clients and went fully into R&D. We built two products from scratch, not from assumptions, but from real problems we had seen firsthand on the ground.

Awal 2026Peluncuran

We also recognized something important: the end customers of our retail clients were not going to download a new app just to shop. The mobile app era has passed. What they already have in their hands is WhatsApp. So we brought the entire shopping experience there. In early 2026, DiChat and Dicommerce launched officially. Not as consultants selling advice, but as a product company selling solutions.
